The 2021 New Year is just a few days away! Can you believe it!? I don’t know about you, but I’ve never been more ready for a New Year! and with a New Year comes all of the New Year Resolutions. At the top of most people’s list will be some sort of fitness/health resolution goal. Fitness for me is more about the mental clarity it gives me and the fact that when I workout consistently, it keeps me from being a ball of raging stress and anxiety. I just feel better after a good work out. The toning and my clothes fitting better are merely an added plus!
