ON NEUTRAL GROUND
It’s Spring Time in lower Alabama and I am loving this weather. The mornings and nights are chilly (say WHAAAA!?) which I love because I’m a layeror. (prob not a word but I’m rolling with it). We only have such a small window to be able to layer in the Spring before the Alabama heat and humidity take over and then its “mo clothing mo problems”.……….most dealing with sweat….like sweat stains, and sweating your self tanner off on your clothing, or the absolute worst….sweat induced chaffing!! (insert super shocked emoji). Sorry, I had to go there, only to explain that I like to purchase neutral colors for my layering pieces so they’re more versatile and I get more wear out of them because they’re seasonless. (I’m getting smarter with age).
You can never have too many white cardigans. If you’re a mama like me, your whites probably don’t last long with all of those dirty, grimy, precious hands touching you on the reg. This white hooded Cardigan was only $19 at TJ Maxx. (In Store Only) If you have one locally, get in there and grab it. It is by Cynthia Rowley and is super light weight. The length is perfect to pair with shorts and skirts as well which I plan to post those on insta soon so follow along at @VPOFSTYLE and see you “LAYER”!!
